Banana and Coffee Shake

Ingredients for 2 servings
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp lemon juice
 ¼ tsp ground cinammon
250 ml cold milk
3 tbsp SATRO Cappuccino Classic
150 g plain yoghurt
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and mix with the lemon juice. Set aside half of the ground cinnamon for dusting. Puree the rest of the ground cinnamon with the bananas and the remaining ingredients until foaming. Pour the shake immediately into 2 tall glasses and dust with the rest of the cinnamon. 




Something Sweet for the Soul

Ingredients
200 ml milk
3-4 tbsp SATRO Iced Coffee powder
2 cl Baileys

Preparation
Warm the milk to a pleasant drinking temperature. Stir in the SATRO Iced Coffee powder and foam using a milk frother. Add the Baileys and enjoy!

 

 

 

Iced Coffee Zabaione

Ingredients
100 ml milk
3 tbsp SATRO Iced Coffee powder
4 fresh eggs

Preparation
Heat up a large pan of water. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl, preferably made of metal, using a whisk. Beat to a creamy consistency over the hot water bath.

Tip
SATRO Iced Coffee Zabaione goes very well with fresh fruits.
